Liposuction
Liposuction or liposculpture a suction-assisted procedure that removes fat cells from certain areas of the body can help us achieve - our desired look. Liposuction is not a cure for overeating: fat can return to treated areas if you gain weight. Although no type of liposuction is a substitute for dieting and exercise, liposuction can remove stubborn areas of fat that don't respond to traditional weight-loss methods.

The Surgery
Basic liposuction surgery is performed by making tiny incisions, approximately one-half inch in length or less, near the area where fat is to be remove. Though a tiny incision, a narrow tube or cannula is inserted and used to vacuum the fat layer that lies deep beneath the skin. The cannula is pushed then pulled though the fat layer, breaking up the fat cells and suctioning them out. Anesthesia: Liposuction can be performed under local anesthesia, which numbs only the affected areas. Length of produce: Take one hours, depending on the areas to be treated. Your stitches, however will be removed within a week.

To control swelling and to help your skin better fit its new contour, you may be fitted with a snug elastic garment to wear over the treated area for a few weeks.
You will begin to feel better after about a week or two.
Start walking around as soon as possible to reduce swelling and to help prevent blood clots from forming in your legs.
Some swelling may remain for six months or more.
The bruising should be gone by the third week but could possibly last for six weeks.
After about three months, any persistent mild swilling usually disappears and the final contour will be visible.
